Here I am sharing with you an easy spice rub chicken recipe that can be prepared in less than 20 minutes. Seasoning any protein with just salt and pepper is of great benefits but adding little flavor can make it more aromatic and entertain your taste buds. Most of the people use BBQ sauce to make a BBQ blend chicken but today I am sharing a spice Rubbed Chicken recipe.

Smoked Paprika is must blend in this chicken recipe. Next, you can add cumin, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, and salt to nourish the blend. Then, add a tablespoon of olive oil and rub the chicken breast into it.

Well, cross your fingers and add a spice whichever you want to add more taste. The, get ready for grilling the chicken until there is no longer pink in the chicken breast. It will take almost 4-5 minutes per side. But avoid making it a flat, dry leather piece. No one is going to like it.

Place it aside for some second and lick a finger out of the spice rub, you are going to love it. You know what olive oil did? Ingredients:

-3 Chicken Breasts
-1 Tablespoon of ground cumin
-1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
-1/2 Tablespoon of smoked paprika
-1/2 Tablespoon of ground coriander
-1/4 Tablespoon of ground black pepper
-1/2 Tablespoon of sea salt
-2 Tablespoon of olive oil

How to Cook?

Step1: Heat the grill to medium-high heat

Step2: Mix garlic powder, ground cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, pepper and olive oil thoroughly in a bowl.

Step3: Rub both sides of the chicken breast in the mixture.

Step4: Place the chicken on the grill and grill each side of it up to 4-5 minutes depending on its thickness. Make sure there is no pink left in the middle.

Step5: Serve the grilled one with your favorite salt.
